The Maldivian tourism includes an interesting product, the liveaboards. In Maldives cruising vessels are normally termed a 'safari' even though an African wilderness is the least you will expect in the Maldives.

The vessels differ in their designs, size and even the services offered. Some are quite modest yatch-dhoanis, local boats adapted to the cruising needs. Others may have several rooms and offer facilities.

The liveaboards offer many activities including diving, surfing, snorkelling, fishing and excursions to both uninhabited and inhabited islands and fishing trips. A cruise in a liveaboard can be very entertaining. You have the opportunity of visiting many islands and experiencing the local way of life. The Boat Tropical Cruise is a small four cabin cruise boat. The boat is aimed at budget travellers who like to explore the Maldives at its best. The boat was refurbished in January 2006 with new interior décor to a good standard. We kept the boat small so we can offer you the attention that you deserve on your holiday.

The boat caters for surfing, fishing, snorkelling and cruise market. If you want to spend a relaxed holiday away from the crowd within your budget then Tropical Cruise can offer the tailor made package for you.

Cabins Tropical Cruise has 4 cosy cabins with on suite shower and toilet. Three cabins have bunk beds and the fourth one has a double bed and a single bed.

The cabins are decorated with wooden patterned formica. Private lockers/cupboards are provided for cabins. Cabins have private showers and toilets and are supplied with fresh water for bathing and washing. Cabins are well ventilated in addition to the fan cooling.

Sun Deck There are two sundecks so that you can have plenty of rooms for sunbathing or relaxing. This is ideal for reading or to have a relaxed day in the middle of the ocean where you will get plenty of fresh sea breeze. Here you can enjoy drinks and watch the sunset.

Dining Area Dining area is at the rear end of the boat. It is open aired so you can enjoy the surrounding view while you have your meals.

Sitting Room The boat also has a sitting room where you can enjoy your drink. Music or videos can be played on request. You can select what you want from our collection.
